Biography

A lecturer at the Polytechnic 
College - Karbala / Middle Qurat Technical University, holding a PhD in
 Criminal Law from the College of Law, University of Karbala. 
I was appointed to the staff of the Ministry of Higher Education and 
Scientific Research on 9/13/2001. My main research interests are 
(Criminal Justice - Digital Transformation in the Criminal Field -
 Criminal Responsibility - Public Law).
I served as the rapporteur for the Department of Legal Management
 Technologies at the Nasiriyah Technical Institute for five years,
 and as the rapporteur for the Department of Applied Arts Technologies
 at the same institute for one year. Currently, I am the head of 
the Quality Assurance Unit in the Department of Financial and Banking
 Technologies at the Polytechnic College in Karbala, a position
 I have held since the 2024-2025 academic year.
