I am an assistant professor in the Department of Communication Techniques at the Engineering Technical Collage-Najaf. I received My BSc and MSc degrees in Electrical Engineering and Communications Engineering, respectively, from the University of Technology, Baghdad, Iraq, and my PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas, KS, USA.
My Research interests are in the areas of radar and wireless communications; specifically, direction finding, beamforming for 5G systems, Massive MIMO, and mmWave/Terahertz band communication. Currently, I am focusing on the application of machine learning techniques, as well as numerical optimization methods, such as PSO, for solving challenging problems in array signal processing domain.
