Ruaa Shallal Abbas Anooz received her Bachelor of Communication Technical Engineering from Engineering Technical Collage- Najaf, Iraq in 2006., and her M.Tech. of Communication System Engineering in the Department of Electronics and Communication engineering in SHIATS, Allahabad, India in 2014. She is currently working in Engineering Technical Collage- Najaf as a  Lecturer in the Department of Avionics Eng. Her area of interest includes Wireless Networks and Antennas Design
