    Investigates the possibility of the early detection in the case of lung infection. Most cases of lung cancer are detected in advance stages as this type is hard to be detected in premature phases. The Zero-Change data set was chosen to measure the systems’ performance on nodule growth. The chosen data set is assumed as a proven clinical data set and was used by several researchers in their proposed systems. The designed detection technique has been considered to be used as a decision support tool. This technique is based on using two machine learning algorithms for classification purposes.

  • عنوان البحث : Development of a network packet sniffing tool for internet protocol generations

    Packet sniffing is a way to take advantage of each packet as it flowsacross the network. One of the most complex problems that face the networkadministrators is the network analysing. The information provided by existingtools for network traffic analysis is very small and considered enormous data ifthey were all stored for later analysis which make it difficult to be analysed.This paper aims to propose a sniffing tool to capture the packets of both IPv4and IPv6. The proposed tool works to access the captured packets by usingsocket class in visual studio. The first scenario is to analyse IPV4 by capturingthe packets and identifying the used ports, protocols, and the packets. However,the second scenario is to analyse IPV6 in the same way. The results are variedfrom IPv4 to IPv6 by the number of captured protocols and the used ports forboth source and destination.   • عنوان البحث : The Readiness of E-Government Adoption in Iraq: A Case Study of Al-Muthanna Province

    The reinvention of the use of information communication technologies (ICT) and the government services have stimulated new government services. The purpose of this paper is to combine the social and technical aspects of the adoption of e-governance. Little work has been done on e-governance in Iraq and its cities. This study works to fill the gap in previous studies in this field. Data were collected through the work of a paper and electronic questionnaire and distributed to a selected sample in the province of Al-Muthanna where the factors and variables were selected based on the analysis of previous studies and benefit from their results in the design of the questionnaire. The data was then analyzed examined by using SPSS. Using linear regression and preamble, the results revealed significant direct effects of independent factors on the adoption of electronic participation, while intermediate correlation was supported as assumed. In general, the results of this research can help the Iraqi government to adopt the e-participation system, so that the government can perform e-participation processes efficiently and effectively. Future research trends are also given in the end.

    This study focused on solving the Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP). Here, the TravelingSalesman Problem (TSP) is generalized. The two problems are highly related, and solving them is the key tosolving many optimization Problems and applications in real life, particularly in the field of transport anddistribution. The hybrid Rank-Based Ant System ሺHAS୰ୟ୬୩) Algorithm that is presented in this research,relies on the principle of combining insert and swap algorithms, with the aim of improving tours and reducingtransmission and distribution costs. To test the effectiveness of the proposed hybrid algorithm, the results ofthe study have been evaluated with the results of the standardized CVRP, in addition to comparing the resultswith those obtained in other studies.   • عنوان البحث : Prediction of the affections of critical cracks in the rotating part of the gas turbine by employing FEM along with a fuzzy logic tool for the application in aircrafts

    The present study is aiming to investigate and predict the possibility of cracks occurring in the rigid hollow shaft. Numerical analysis has been carried out using structural analysis tool for the angular frequencies . These results have been refining by employing MATLAB software . Fuzzy Logic tool has been employed to perform the pro-cess that conducted by MATLAB software. FEM has been conducted in ANSYS software to simulate whole body with three different angular velocity with a magnitude moment that subjected at the free end of the shaft. Three different angular velocities 1500 rpm ,2000 rpm and 2500 rpm were considered as input of both software (ANSYS and MATLAB). These values of angular velocities and moment are considered based on records that taken from the previous studies on gas turbines of aircraft. FEM approach has been governed by Paris equations crack detection, shear stresses equations and geometry equations. Results have been evaluated for both approaches (FEM and FUZZY logic). As well as this study is revealed that the results that gotten by MATLAB software is confidant with results that is gotten by ANSYS software for the same boundaries

  • عنوان البحث : Happiness indicator using voice classifier based on convolutional neural network

    Abstract. Happiness can be defined as a state of contentment, love, amusement, satisfaction and joy. Researchers shows that the safe and happy work, study, or living environments can directly affect our well-being. In this article, we suggest an algorithm to assess a voice recognition-based environment for Arabic-speakers. The proposed algorithm contains four stages. First, the captured conversations are divided into multiples of a single voice that present one word. Second stage, the voice of each word is converted into spectrogram image. Third stage, the spectrogram image is classified using a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm into positive, negative or neutral. Finally, the happiness index is calculated based on the amount of the positive words. The suggested classifier technique can robustly categorize the voice words with more than 63% accuracy, according to experimental results using 1000 different voiced words.
