    Establishing a comprehensive strategy for effective knowledge behavior through knowledge development, evaluation and improvement of performance is an important, which provides the organization depth and an important role in society, The research was conducted at the Study Center of Hillah Teaching Hospital on a sample of individuals administrative and technical staff , This study determines the lack of a comprehensive strategy in Establishing a model for effective knowledge behavior in an effective scientific, The research is based on a case study and direct interviews and using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results showed that an availability of requirements for knowledge development and knowledge evaluation at the Hospital, but; lack of moral support at the hospital for providing training for staff on computer skills and software, Rather than The research focus on creating new units that should keep pace with environmental changes of knowledge performance.

    Knowledge Attributes (knowledge embeddedness, knowledge distance) and the Entrepreneurial Learning with its dimensions (explorative leering, exploitative leering)., One main hypothesis was formulated and two sub-hypotheses emerged, 94 questionnaires were distributed to the teaching staff at the Technical Institute of Karbala, of which 86 were returned by 91%, while the questionnaires were not valid for analysis 14 by 9%, which is of vital and prominent importance in the field of education and knowledge and its diverse practices in creating an educated, civilized and educated generation. The data were collected through a questionnaire prepared For this purpose,, SPSS vr programs were used. 24 To extract the results of correlation and influence and test hypotheses, as the validity of the hypotheses was found in the light of the results of the statistical analysis, and a number of recommendations were reached, perhaps the most prominent of which is the existence of a vital and prominent effect of knowledge Attributes in the Entrepreneurial Learning.

    The purpose of this paper is to analyze the best methods that can be used to optimize cognitive trendsby adopting the Public Directorate of Citizens Servicesof alternating change of the worker's tasks. A conceptual framework model designed based on the research questions and their hypotheses. This study targets 7 different departments. Out of 199worker who were invites to participate, 98worker responded to this study. The descriptive method was used to analyze the collected data. As it has a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods to prove the validity of hypotheses and research purposes. The significant finding of this study was optimizing cognitive trends for the majority of staff who have responded to this questionnaire after changing their tasks. They have confirmed several of the benefits obtained with this cognitive trends such as developing their employees tasks skills, increasing their knowledge, promotion, and improving the work style.In the context of global organizations, there is important to identify the most components of cognitive trendstowards critical or common issues to evaluate the current organization's performance and determine the efficiency of its activities and efforts.

    Research includes the current Strategies Solution of the administrative conflict in the lower management level, with average interest in the subject, for the purpose of benefiting from the positive aspects of conflict management and isolate or repress strategy solution conflict of Administrative harmful to serve the objectives of the public interest and knowledge through the feedback and as a result of the lack of clarity of the idea of conflict management and link the perception of individuals the negative side. The research Current aims to find out the nature, types and strategies solution of conflict management, and for that, the researcher used case study method, one of the research methods descriptive in collecting information, and personal interviews, and some official documents obtained by the researcher to complete the requirements of research, to cover the process gathering information from lower administrative levels, as a total of 38 members of the research community members, research include coercion leniency, conciliation and drag variables, and used the arithmetic mean and standard deviation measurements in the analysis. The research found a number of conclusions and recommendations was the most important, especially those that follow the system of centralized decision-making, and conflict management several types may be either adversely or positively and the latter contributes to the achievement of the objectives of the organization, and the organization successful are able to manage conflict management with high efficiency and knowledge levels of conflict management and how to be treated using a number of ways or methods …

    هىدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر متطمبات إدارة المعرفة في تحقيق التغيير اإلداري في جامعة بابل , وقد تم اختيار ىذه الجامعةكونيا إحدى الجامعات العريقة في القطر , ويمكن دراسة متطمبات إدارة المعرفة والتغيير اإلداري فييا ألنيما من المو اضيع الرئيسة التي ا من األفراد التنفيذيين )الموظفين العاممين في المستويات اإلدارية تحظى باىتمام إدارة الجامعة .تكونت عينة الدراسة من )55 )فرد الدنيا( في الجامعة. بنيت الدراسة عمى فرضيتين رئيستين ىما : 1 -توجد عبلقة ذات داللة إحصائية بين متطمبات إدارة المعرفة والتغيير اإلداري. 2 -يوجد أثر ذو داللة إحصائية لمتطمبات إدارة المعرفة في تحقيق التغيير اإلداري. ولغرض التوصل إلى إجراء االختبار الدقيق , تم استخدام عدد من األساليب اإلحصائية منيا معامل االرتباط البسيط , ونموذج االنحدار الخطي البسيط و غيرىا,وذلك باستخدام البرنامج اإلحصائي )SPSS , )وقد توصمت الدراسة إلى جممة من االستنتاجات منيا : 1 -وجود عبلقات ارتباط ذات داللة إحصائية بين متطمبات إدارة المعرفة والتغيير اإلداري. 2 -و جود أثر ذي داللة إحصائية لمتطمبات إدارة المعرفة في تحقيق التغيير اإلداري. 3 -ىناك تخوف لدى األفراد التنفيذيين من حدوث التغيير. خمصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات منيا : 1 -ضرورة توزيع العمل عمى األفراد بحسب تخصصاتيم. 2 -ضرورة زيادة اىتمام القيادة في الجامعة المبحوثة بالتحديات التي تواجو التغيير لغرض مواجيتيا عند تنفيذ التغيير. 3 -زيادة اىتمام الجامعة المبحوثة بمعتقدات وأىداف األفراد التنفيذيين والتغيي ارت التي يرغبون في حدوثيا ألن ذلك ميم في تنفيذ
