    ملخص البحث :

    The rank correlation coefficient between two observed values is computed by, “Spearman rank correlation coefficient”. In this paper, it has been inferred formula of the Multiple Correlation Coefficient of ranks, when the ranks of the observed values with more than two variables, make up determinant, called the ranks determinant. The value of the ranks determinant indicates the amount of difference between the column ranks, and these differences are statistically significant.

  • عنوان البحث : A Machine Learning Technique to Detect Counterfeit Medicine Based on X-Ray Fluorescence Analyser

    Since so many sub-standard and fake medicines are being openly sold, the counterfeit medicines have become widespread. The forgers succeeded in imitating the genuine medicines and make them look like genuine ones. This paper has proposed an approach that based on analysing the Tenormin R 50mg medicine by using non-destructive X-Ray Fluorescence Technique. This technique has been proposed over other heavy chemical analyzing methods to detect counterfeit Tenormin® due to its speed and reliability. There are 10 samples of Tenormin tablets from different manufactures were tested. All samples contained the active element Atenolol 50 mg and other inactive elements. Moreover two supervised machine learning techniques; RBF Support Vector Machine (RBF-SVM) and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) are employed.     This paper gives an overview of the (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) and describes the capabilities and supports operating systems and refers to the interest rate offered in this area. UEFI is a new interface deal between operating systems and the hardware inside your computer.Since more thanthirty years and we are dealing with a blue screen. BIOS is an IC 16-bit is available on the memory 1 megabyte. The control of all hardware in the computer and through which the preparation of these settings that appear at the beginning of the run. which It works on the examination of the pieces associated hardware to the computer and make sure it works well, but show contains some the problems of security vulnerabilities and lack of sufficient flexibility in the adjustment and modernization. Recently with the development of technology they became working on more data processors than its predecessors, such as processors 32-bit and 64-bit the Intel creates a new innovation called (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface). which will address many of the problems related to the BIOS and these problems, velocities and with the size of the systems, overload of programs as well as the speed of the startup where the BIOS takes more than thirty seconds to startup and show the system but now does not need to this time as well as the most important problems in terms of security where a problem of breakthrough devices and access them with the beginning of the startup has been processed and also allows us the ease of movement in the choice of settings. UEFI resolves the place and there is no need to have the old BIOS.

  • عنوان البحث : Effect of Cu Metal of Nanoscale Particle Size on the Porosity and Mechanical Properties of Porous Alumina Ceramics using Yeast as a Pore Agent

    The main goal of this study is to determine the effect of the addition of Cu metal of nanoscale particle on the mechanical properties and porosity of porous alumina ceramics. Porous alumina reinforced ceramics were prepared using nanoscale Cu metal particles as their strengthening phase. Solid state and sacrificial techniques were used to prepare the porous alumina reinforced ceramics. A FESEM was used to analyse the microstructure. Different ratios of Cu metal were added (3 wt%, 6 wt%, 9 wt% and 12 wt% Cu) at different ratios of yeast used as a pore agent. The results indicated that with increasing the ratios of Cu metal, the porosity decreased and the mechanical properties increased. The increase in the mechanical properties could be attributed to the decrease in the porosity and the toughening mechanism of porous alumina ceramics. Some potential applications include, filtration, thermal and purging of gas.

X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electronic microscope (SEM) wereused to detect the critical concentration of zinc sulfate hydro acetate alkoxide used toprecipitate ZnO nano rods at room temperature, and they were also used to detect morphologyof the produced ZnO nano rods, particle size was also detected by particle size analyzer.   • عنوان البحث : Epoxidized Palm Oil Plasticized Polycaprolactone Nanocomposites Preparation

    As alternatives to petroleum-based polymeric materials, biodegradable polymers, such as polycaprolactone has attracted a lot of attention in the scientific community due to a rapid growth of intensive interest in the global environment. Chalcone, hexadecylamine and tetradecylamine were used as one of the organic compounds to modify natural montmorillonite clay. The clay modification was carried out by stirring the clay particles in an aqueous solution of chalcone-montmorillonite, hexadecylamine-montmorillonite and tetradecylamine-montmorillonite increasing from 1.29 to 1.53, 1.59 and 1.79 nm, respectively. The modified clay was then used in the preparation of the polycaprolactone/epoxidized palm oil blend nanocomposites. They were prepared by incorporating 0.5-5% of chalcone-montmorillonite, hexadecylamine-montmorillonite and tetradecylaminemontmorillonite. The interaction of the modifier in the clay layer was characterized by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The nanocomposites were synthesized by solution casting of the modified clay and a polycaprolactone/epoxidized palm oil blend at the weight ratio of 80/20, which had the highest increase in the tensile strength of the blend. The X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy results confirmed the production of nanocomposites. The results also showed higher thermal stability for nanocomposites compared to those of the polycaprolactone/ epoxidized palm oil blend.

    Raman shift, FTIR spectra and SEM were used to detect the percolation threshold of nano titania filler ceramic nTiO2 dispersed in a silicon rubber matrix SR8100 by hot vibrate dispersion. It has been found that an additional frequencies, and stock lines appears in Raman shift when nTiO2 reach (5)wt% which mean a change in polarity of the SR8100/nTiO2 PMNC polarity.     The effects of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5wt% of TiO2 disperse nanofiller on mechanical properties of polyamide hexaglycol (PAHG) were investigated. Specimen was prepared by the hot vibration dispersion technique to make a PMNC. Hardness, tensile strength, ultimate tensile strength, young modulus, and impact at room temperature were tested. It has been found that enhancement in these properties starts at extra low weight percent (1wt%) nTiO2. The maximum effect of nano TiO2 addition was on tensile strength, and the lowest was on young modulus.

    Titanium dioxide nano filler (TiO2) with (10 nm) particle size, and (0.5 wt%) was used as a dopant to epoxy type (SR8100), polymer matrix nanocomposite (PMNC) was prepared by hot vibration dispersion, and tested using FTIR, and UV spectra. It has been found that transmission of (PMNC) largely enhanced, and absorption of UV radiation reaches up to (52%) at (500 nm), (50%) at (1000 nm), and never drop to zero.

  • عنوان البحث : Neuron-MOSFET Junction with Sodium Potassium Voltage Gate Channel

    The Electrical interaction and the signaling process between a neuron and a metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) in a nanostructure circuit have led to a growing interest in computer brain interface. A wide variety of neuron silicon sensors and systems have been developed [2]. Typically, such brain chip interfaces rely on miniature sensors/electrodes that can get inside the interfaces between neuron and silicon to measure and show advance reactions. Neuron-MOSFET junctions with sodium and potassium voltage gate channels have also been reported recently. The earlier stage of neuron silicon interfaces were conventional biological sensors or devices attached to the neuron. Such approaches have their limitations because their charge carriers are different – electrons in a solid ion lattice and ions in a polar fluid. Electrons in silicon have a mobility of about 103 cm2 /Vs, whereas the mobility of ions in water is around 10–3 cm2 /Vs. That enormous difference of mobility is at the root for the different architecture of the two information processors and integration between biological and electronics system [22]. In this paper, Neuron-MOSFET junction with sodium and potassium voltage gate channel system using MOSFET sensor is presented. The junction, developed with intelligent materials and different technologies, is an integral part of Computer Brain Interface (CBI). Such a sensor with integrated nanostructure can transmit a signal from one neuron to other neuron if there is any damage in nerve system and send data to any external device for bionic limbs, remote health monitoring, biomedical application and health delivery. The paper will also present the simulation of the MOSFET based junction integrated with chemical message from a dendrite. It is an intellectual and technological challenge to join these different systems directly on the level of electronic and ionic signals

    Al/PANI-MWNT/Au-Plastic Schottky diode solar cells were fabricated by the electrochemical polymerization technique to make polyaniline films on the top of gold nanoparticles film. The aluminum contact was deposited by thermal evaporation. The electro-optical characteristics of these devices produced at the different polymerization time were compared. Here, we achieved the highest ever reported open-circuit voltage of 0.8 V with the electrochemical polymerization technique. The polymerization of polyaniline films was thought to be a major factor in the enhanced performance. The effects of varying the polyaniline thickness on the device performance were investigated
