    The study of political economy after the concatenation of Iraq's post-war nation-state and the neoliberal conjuncture of 1990–2014 is challenging. The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Iraq has fluctuated dramatically over the past ten years, with all sectors being affected. Since authentic leadership and job security are essential organizational variables, more studies about critical variables such as psychological well-being at the workplace are to be expected. A challenging work environment and long working hours have led to increased psychological health requirements in the modern workplace. We aim to understand how well broad variables of leadership and perceived job security are correlated with nurses’ psychological well-being. The data were collected from 250 nurses. The indirect effects were examined with the Hayes process model. According to the findings of the study, authentic leadership has an impact on the psychological well-being of nurses. Moreover, the mediator variable (perceived job security) affects psychological well-being. The results of this study support the claim and substantiate the concept of authentic leadership in healthcare, which enables nurses to have more job security and consequently improves their psychological well-being. Leaders must demonstrate authentic leadership by being confident, optimistic, hopeful, and adaptable.

    Abstract: The main objective of the research is to know the moderating role of psychological capital in its dimensions (self-efficacy, hope, flexibility, optimism,) between narcissistic leadership and organizational cynicism, as the main problem was expressed by a set of questions based on the researcher's perceptions, which were among the most important, is there an effect of narcissistic leadership In behavioral irony through the interactive role of positive psychological capital? In order to achieve the objectives of the research, a hypothetical scheme was designed that shows the nature of the relationship between the variables of the current research, and the level of variables in private colleges and universities in Karbala governorate was tested and studied, and the research was applied to a sample of (130) faculty members, and the current research adopted the approach Analytical descriptive, and the questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting data and information, The correlation and influence relationships between the research variables were tested, and a set of statistical tools were used to analyze and process data and information using the necessary statistical packages through the simple correlation matrix, simple regression analysis, and the structural modeling equation to test the research hypotheses. and the correlation and influence relationships between research variables were tested. And the( SPSS program vr.25), and the research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of an interactive effect relationship with statistical significance for the positive psychological capital variable in the relationship between narcissistic leadership and organizational cynicism,By the colleges that have been studied and change their current policy and philosophy according to modern leadership methods and choose effective tools and tools for development and positive change for the better.Keywords:Narcissistic leadership, behavioral cynicism, positive psychological capital.

  • عنوان البحث : Adopting Total Quality Management in the Application of Electronic Governance in Iraqi Universities

    Current research seeks to quantify comprehensive quality management and its contribution to establishing universities e-governance through dimensions (continuous improvement, Top management commitment, learning and training, employee empowerment, strategic planning), The research problem has been identified through a set of questions, with the aim of identifying the relationship and impact of TQM in achieving electronic governance. In light of this, a set of hypotheses have been formulated to diagnose the reality of TQM. As for the dependent variable, electronic governance, was measured through dimensions represented by (Transparency, effective participation, accountability, and independence) and to accomplish the descriptive and analytical method was employed to achieve these goals. The research tool was distributed to a randomly chosen sample of academic leaders and faculty members from the following institutions: Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, University of Baghdad, Babel University, Al-Qadisiyah University, and Karbala University via the Internet (132 We came to a number of conclusions, the most significant of which is the acceptance of the main research hypotheses that confirm the existence of a relationship and influence between total quality management and electronic governance. A number of statistical methods have been relied upon for the purpose of accessing the scientific results related to the use of the statistical program SPSS V.25 and program Smart pls. Additionally, there are a number of recommendations, the most important of which is that academic and administrative bodies understand the importance of TQM and how it might help them achieve electronic governance.

The research concluded with a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that the company has a proactive mentality to avoid competitors The strongest through its efforts to strategically reposition itself to protect itself from various pressures and changes in the market, and that consumers are more inclined to the brand and then the quality in the product.

  • عنوان البحث : The impact of inclusive leadership behaviors on innovative workplace behavior with an emphasis on the mediating role of work engagement

    Work creativity manifested in innovative workplace behavior (IWB) and employee work engagement is fundamental to maintaining firm’s sustainability and competitiveness. In this regard, this study investigates the supporting effect of innovative leadership on IWB and employee engagement by maximizing employee vigor, dedication, and absorption. The study data were collected using a questionnaire-based technique, and the questionnaires were administered to 150 respondents working in mobile phone companies in Southern and Central Iraq. The results were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and SmartPLS software. The study results revealed that inclusive leadership and work engagement were significantly related to IWB, and work engagement played a mediating role between inclusive leadership and IWB. The findings further indicated that inclusive leadership behaviors such as openness, accessibility, and availability motivated the subordinates to be engaged in IWB. To promote IWB, company leaders need to effectively engage their followers by taking pride and satisfaction in employee output, which might help employee work engagement and IWB.

    تناولت الدراسة العلاقة والأثر بين استراتيجيات إدارة المعرفة والأداء المتميز، وهدفت إلى التعرف على استراتيجيات إدارة المعرفة ودورها في التنمية والتطور من خلال استخدام رأس المال الفكري بما يحمل من خبرات ومهارات عقلية ُتسهم في تعزيز الأداء المتميز للشركة، واستندت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من المراجع والمصادر العلمية التي اهتمت بالموضوع . وتم اختيار عينة مقصودة من المدراء في الشركة العامة للصناعات النسيجية في محافظة بابل، وقد تركزت جوانب الدراسة في إبراز أهمية استراتيجيات إدارة المعرفة ودورها في تحسين أداء الشركة، وتم استخدام استمارة الاستبانة وتوزيعها على (62) عينة من المدراء في الشركة ، ومن ابرز الاستنتاجات عدم وجود ثقة عالية بالمعرفة الموجودة في الشركة وذلك بسبب قلة الاهتمام والدعم من قبل الشركة في مجال تقنيات المعلومات والإبداع والابتكار وتحسين الجودة والتغيير، مما يؤدي إلى تدني مستوى الأداء وضعف المنافسة مع الشركات الأخرى. ويوصي الباحثان بضرورة الاهتمام بتبني استراتيجيات إدارة المعرفة لتطوير أداء الشركة ومواكبة التطورات العلمية والتقنية الحديثة في العالم وزيادة مستويات الانتفاع من الموارد المتاحة مما يساهم في تعزيز الأداء المتميز للشركة.
