The current study looks forward to the possible application of Six Sigma as an input to improve the quality of academic life, this methodology is one of the modern approaches in the management and quality assurance which it is based on the principle of achieving distinct levels of quality by reducing the defects to 4.3 defects per million opportunities in the pursuit of zero defect, and a number of advantages and the most important to improve performance, which requires the need for support and efforts and participation all the workers in the organization, including its student, at a time when higher education became the locomotive of sustainable development, and the inability to make it a distinctive worm reversal of the situation of underdevelopment at a time when it became a requirement to invest human potential through the development of skills in order to be consistent with the variables of the era of accelerated recognition, technological and increasing competition Which requires the adaptation of contemporary concepts to ensure that the quality requirements of higher education to improve the administrative and academic programs and the performance of students towards quality. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was adopted which included (78) paragraphs related to the variables of the study, included the sample of the college's academics, and according the study's view, one hypothesis was formulated in light of this hypothesis, using a set of statistics through the SPSS vr.24 software, and the study came out with a set of means and recommendations that are consistent with those conclusions.

This study aims at finding out the impact of the value stream mapping strategy and investing it as a technique to improve productivity, which enables the organization to achieve a competitive position that will bring it success and sustainability. To achieve the purpose of the study, a questionnaire was adopted. The sample of the study involved 137 employees from different departments of Al- Diwaniyah Tires Factory. According to the purpose of the study, a main hypothesis was formulated, A set of statistical methods were used through the statistical program (Spss vr.24) and (AMOS vr.24) programs. It is hoped that this study will be of value in a step to enrich thought in an attempt to identify the reality and level of application of the value stream mapping as a strategy to improve the performance of the organization and attempt to draw attention to the need to adopt a value stream mapping as an influential factor in productivity improvement. In addition, this research explore the moderating variables that can affect this relationship. Several conclusions have been come up with Including: the existence of a significant direct effect of the value stream mapping in the productivity improvement and qualification as a moderating variable in the relationship.

The current study seeks to demonstrate the impact of technological change in enhancing the role of lean manufacturing and investing it as a strategy to improve productivity as a philosophy based on maximizing the value delivered to the customer, which enables the organization to achieve a competitive position that will bring it success and sustainability. The problem of the study is focused on the impact that technological changes can have in enhancing the role of Lean Manufacturing as a development strategy to improve the productivity of the research sample organization. This study derives its importance from the fact that it deals with a dynamic topic in an attempt to elevate the research sample organization and enhance its position and occupy a distinct market share to reach a leading organization. The study aimed to examine the role of lean manufacturing in order to improve factory productivity. A questionnaire was adopted in order to accomplish the study's goals, and 137 employees from the organization's various departments made up the sample. Two main hypothesis was formulated in line with the study's objectives, and the researchers then used a number of statistical techniques with the help of the statistical programme (Spss vr.24) and (AMOS vr.24) to reach at a number of conclusions, the most important of which are :The mediating variable Technological Change (TE.CH) increased the value of the impact of the Lean Manufacturing (L.M) axis on the axis of productivity improvement (PR.IM) by (0.585). As well as a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Optimal investment of the technical energies and superior skills in the productive departments and maintaining them in a way that contributes to strengthening the position of those departments in reducing waste and speeding up the completion of tasks.
