In recent years, research on organizational diplomacy has increased, but there is still a need to develop and validate a tool to measure this variable. Therefore, this study aims to suggest a measurement to measure organizational diplomacy. Based on factor analyses by using SmartPLS v.3.3.2, researchers developed a questionnaire. The sample consisted of 200 employees working at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University Kufa. The Exploratory analysis identified four dimensions of this variable with (24) items

The private commercial banks should adopt different future strategies in the selection and identification of projects that should be adopted within the activities of investment or operating in the framework of various banking operations, that is to ensure the dominance of the management of the bank on market shares required of customers as well as to maintain competitive advantage on an ongoing basis . This is the essence of the problem. Ensuring that this requires the adoption of scientific methods in the decision-making process, including the methods of decision theory, as these methods would work to rationalize decisions by evaluating the alternatives available from banking projects, The aim of this study is to demonstrate the importance of using scientific methods, especially the theory of decision in the environment of uncertainties or the potential environment to evaluate the alternatives available in the banking project strategies. The Gulf Commercial Bank was adopted as a sample for this study. Can evaluate the strategies available for optimal selection, which will maximize its revenues. The researchers recommended at the end of the research to adopt the methods of decision theory (EVPI, EMV) and Baysen Theory to achieve this.

The purpose of this research is to show the concept of organizational diagnosis through the impact of its four dimensions (leadership, relationships, motivation and reward, structure) on the dimensions of strategic orientation represented (entrepreneurial orientation, technological orientation, market orientation), and the survey and questionnaire analysis were adopted for this purpose. Where (65) questionnaires were distributed to employees working in Khairat Al-Bahr Company for Renewable Energy / Baghdad, after analyzing the data for the responses of the research sample and testing hypotheses using a number of statistical indicators with the help of the statistical program (SPSS v.20). The approved hypothesis was validated. Accordingly, a set of conclusions and recommendations were developed according to the important positive relationship between the dimensions of organizational diagnosis and the dimensions of strategic orientation to varying degrees

The purpose of this research is to test the relationship between Counterfactual thinking and behavioral governance), as the researchers measured and tested the correlation and effect relationships between the various research variables, and to achieve this, the research used a set of sober foreign measures that dealt with the research variables, and the research sample included ( 100) employees of the Ministry of Planning, while the questionnaire was the main tool for measuring the variables of the study, then the data was analyzed through a set of advanced statistical tools, including the (Eviews) program, (Smart Pls) program, Alpha Cronbach and the confirmatory factor analysis factor. The results of the research The validity of the research hypotheses and in the light of which a set of conclusions was formulated, the most important of which was that there is a relationship between Counterfactual thinking and behavioral governance. The most important of them was the need to increase motivation and perseverance towards improving future behavior, achieving goals in general, and strengthening behavioral assessment for the purpose of providing services to communities. in a more transparent and accountable way.
