The Internet of Things refers to the network of devices capable of collecting data and sharing it with other devices on the same network. This allows objects to be sensed and controlled remotely through the existing network infrastructure. This provides many opportunities for the seamless integration of employees into companies based on modern technologies. Therefore, the current study aims to show the relationship of the Internet of Things to the involvement of workers in Asia Cell Communications Company- Iraq. The study relied on the descriptive-analytical approach and concluded that the Internet of Things has an impact on Workers' Engagement. Companies that use the Internet of Things in their management are highly productive by increasing the involvement of physical, emotional, and cognitive workers.

The Industry 4.0 has shown radical changes that impact workers, organizations, and societies in general. Unexpected challenges accompany these changes in cognition, emotion, and behavioral levels. These new challenges put it upon the organizations to address employees' perceptions and deal with rapid technological innovations and concepts of work and new employment. Therefore, this study aims to test the relationship between vitality and Flourishing in the workplacein light of the Industry 4.0. The paper adopts a descriptive-analytical approach to achieve this goal. Business organizations have created a favorable climate in which entrepreneurs and businessmen can develop their businesses to enable organizations to create new jobs. Assisting industrial and commercial institutions, the labor market, businessmen, and workers to achieve the highest possible development levels and adapt to this progress in the workplace, rather than slowing and disrupting the pace of technological advancement.

A major challenge that faces the wide-range deployment of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) is the sensor nodes limited energy supplies. The majority of WSN applications need sensors to have a long lifetime without human intervention and battery replacement. Consequently, energy conservation is one of the basic goals in WSNs. Design approaches to maximize network lifetime like duty cycling, low power, and listening modes have been proposed. In this paper, we explore the energy saving possibilities through in-network analysis patterns. Propose a scheme to perform in-network analytics which increases the lifetime of the network and reduces the random flooding of the messages, thus improving the bandwidth of the entire network.
