    research aims to reveal the relationship and influence between knowledge-based human resource management through its dimensions (Recruitment and selection based on knowledge, training and development based on knowledge, performance evaluation based on knowledge, compensation based on knowledge) and organizational excellence through its dimensions (excellence in leadership, excellence in service, excellence in knowledge). The research problem was identified in several questions centered on the nature of the influence relationship and the correlation between the research variables, and for that a hypothetical scheme was developed for the research that expresses two main hypotheses, and in order to ensure the validity of the hypotheses, all of them were subjected to multiple tests, and the research used the questionnaire as a means to obtain data, and used The research used the descriptive analytical approach as a method for research, and the research community was (173) leaders and individuals working in (14) private banks in the province of Najaf, and the research applied the random sample in selecting (120) individuals who work in these schools, where the sample represented a ratio of (69.3). % of the total research community. The data was analyzed using a set of statistical methods using the computer program (SPSS v.26 & AMOS v.24). The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was that the researched organizations follow studied stages and steps and draw a clear plan for managing human resources that is based on a knowledge base that stems from its reality, the nature of its business and activities, and the specificity of the dynamic business environment that can achieve organizational excellence through its workforce. The recommendations are the necessity of directing the researched organizations to knowledge-based human resource management in a formal and scientific way to apply the systems in order to achieve organizational excellence.

    This study sought to know the role of sustainable strategic harmony in enhancing and supporting job security in the organizational work environment, and the study relied on a descriptive and analytical approach. The main research problem centered on a basic question: Does sustainable strategic harmony have a role in enhancing job security?The study focused on two main hypotheses that assume that there is a correlation and impact between sustainable strategic harmony and job security, and the Technical University of the Middle Euphrates was chosen as a community to apply the study and the university leaders working in it represented by (the university president and his assistants, heads of departments in the university presidency, deans of colleges and institutes and their assistants, heads Scientific departments and rapporteurs) A sample of the study consists of (110) respondents,The questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection and was analyzed by the program (spssv.23). The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: There is a positive correlation between sustainable strategic harmony and job security and this indicates that sustainable strategic harmony has an effective and important role in enhancing job security in the work environment Organizational, as well as the existence of a positive impact relationship between sustainable strategic harmony and job security, and this means that enhancing the effectiveness of job security in the work environment requires the presence of efficient and effective administrative leaders in the field of harmonization between the internal and external environment and standing on the most important problems and challenges and diagnosing the strengths and weaknesses of the organization, The current study confirmed that the researched organization needs a high level of sustainable strategic harmony to enhance job security at the level of job satisfaction and plant confidence among workers, which enhances job security.

    The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationships among Creative Thinking and organizational excellence in the private schools in Najaf Governorate. The importance of the current research is determined by the scarcity of studies that attempted to determine the nature of the relationship between its variables (Creative Thinking and organizational excellence). The present research attempts to address a real problem that directly affects the educational and educational reality in Najaf governorate. Based on the random sample, (150) questionnaires were distributed to a number of teachers in the private schools. The number of questionnaires retrieved was (136), of which (124) were valid for statistical analysis and (83%) response rate. They were analyzed by the advanced statistical program (AMOSS v20) And (SPSS v20). The theoretical results revealed a knowledge gap to explain the nature of the relationship between the variables of Creative Thinking and organizational excellence in organizations in general and in private schools in particular. The results showed that there are two types of relationship between the variables of research, a direct relationship between Creative Thinking and organizational excellence).

The research conducted on a random sample of (38) persons working in General Company for tire industry in Najaf ,The data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The most important results are research There is a need for the General Company for tire industry in Najaf to review the organizational structure and modify it periodically and systematically and thoughtful to be more responsive to the requirements of business process reengineering, The results showed that the General Company for tire industry in Najaf needs to increase the interest in the use of information technology and keep abreast of technological developments in the environment, which could reduce the administrative and financial control.The results of the study also showed a strong positive correlation between the dimensions of Business Process Reengineering and dimensions Establishing of Lean Manufacturing Fundamentals together and separately in the General Company for tire industry in Najaf. The study recommended that the management of the General Company for Tire Industry in Najaf adopt organizational structures that help to re-engineer the business processes and development in the work in order to serve the requirements of Lean Manufacturing Fundamentals, and the need for the management of the General Company for tire industry in Najaf to seek time Zero preparation through the adoption of workers who have the knowledge, experience and skill and thus achieve the most important goals of Lean Manufacturing Fundamentals.

    The current research examines the effect relationship and between human psychological flexibility and emotional disorders. The problem of the research is the role of human flexibility in reducing emotional disturbance among employees of Al-Sadr Teaching Hospital in Najaf. a questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. A Number of (112) from were distribution to the sample of study. The questionnaire was analyzed using the SPSS program and a number of statistical methods were used to test the hypotheses of the research. The research found a number of results, the most important of which was the relationship between human psychological flexibility and its variables (patience, tolerance, ability to deal with emotions, morale, initiative) and emotional disorder in general. The research ended with a set of conclusions, In the Sadr City Medical Center for the importance of human psychological flexibility in dealing with auditors and this in turn contributes to reduce the incidence of emotional disorder among workers, and the most prominent recommendations need to raise awareness of the staff working in the organization investigated and the various medical specialties and management technical and service that flexibility in dealing is necessary and is a major option for the medical city, human flexibility without activating the dimensions of patience and tolerance and deal with emotional and work morale and initiative in the provision of medical and therapeutic services mean nothing without working with high flexibility by the human resource

    ان الغرض الرئيسي من هذا البحث هو دراسة امكانية تحقيق الاعتماد الاكاديمي لكليات ومدارس الاعمال(AACSB) على وفق انموذج (CIPOF) في كليتي (التقنية الادارية/ كوفة و التقنية الادارية/ بغداد)، للوقوف على مدى علاقة وتأثير اعتماد انموذج (CIPOF) في تحقيق الاعتماد الاكاديمي لكليات ومدارس الاعمال (AACSB) في مؤسسات التعليم التقني المبحوثة، وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث تم اختبار فرضیتین رئیسیتین وأخرى فرعية. طبق البحث على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (40) موظفا من الموظفين في الكلية (التقنية الادارية/كوفة و التقنية الادارية بغداد)، وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج (SPSS). واهم النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث توفر الابنية والتسهيلات الجامعية في الكليتين قيد البحث والذي يمكن ان يستثمر من اجل النجاح في الحصول على الاعتماد الأكاديمي، وايضا اكدت نتائج التحليل ان المؤسسات التعليمية محل البحث لا تولي اهتمامات متوازنة لمتطلبات الاعتماد الاكاديمي وتحديدا معيار (البيئة التعليمية ومخرجات التعلم). في حين اوصت الدراسة على ضرورة اعادة هيكلة الاسبقيات التنافسية للمؤسسات التعليمية بوجه عام والمؤسسات المبحوثة على وجه الخصوص ليكون الاعتماد الاكاديمي الاسبقية الاول في رسم الاولويات الاستراتيجية، وايضا ضرورة ابداء مؤسسات التعليم العالي اهتمامات متوازنة لمعايير الاعتماد الأكاديمي بدأ بمعيار البيئة وانتهاءً بمعيار التغذية الراجعة، في سبيل الارتقاء بجودة الأداء الجامعي على كافة المستويات.

    يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى تواجـد العقول الخجولة التي تعد أحد العوامل المعيقة في تفاعل الفرد مع زملاء العمل، وكذلك التفاعل الاجتماعي الديناميكي التي قد تمنع من التفكير والروح الإبداعيـة لـدى الأفراد العاملين، وكذلك مستويات الصمت التنظيمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي من خلال "دراسة استطلاعية لاراء عينة من العاملين في ديوان جامعة الكوفة"، وكذلك التعرف على دلائـل الفـروق والاختلافات في تصـورات المـوظفين عن العلاقة بين العقـول الخجولـة ومستويات الصـمت التنظيمـي تبعـاً لاختلاف الأبعاد الفرعية لهذين المتغيرين والتي هي: الفضول الفكري، الحساسية الجمالية، الخلق الإبداعي وكذلك الصـمت الإذعـانـي والـدفاعي والصمت الاجتماعي الايجابي. ولتحقيق أهداف البحـث استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصف والاستبانة كأداة رئيسة للحصول على البيانات بعـد التحقـق مـن الصـدق والثبـات البنـائي، إذ تكونت عينـة البحـث مـن (٣٢) مـن المـوظفين العاملين في رئاسة جامعة الكوفة والتي اختيرت بطريقـة عشـوائية، كمـا اسـتخدم البرنـامج الإحصائي (spss) لمعالجـة البيانات وبعـد التحليل الإحصائي توصلت نتائج البحث الى أن أسلوب التقييم المتبـع وعـدم الحريـة فـي طـرح الأفكار والتدخل في مهام العمل أدى الى حجب الأفكار والآراء والمقترحـات التـي مـن شـأنها ان تطـور أساليب العمل المتبع..وانطلاقا من هذه النتائج ختم البحث بتقديم جملة من التوصيات كـان مـن اهمـهـا الـعمـل علـى تشجيع وتمكين الأفراد العاملين من المهام المناطة بهم ومنحهم حرية اوسع للمساهمة في حل المشاكل ويتم ذلك من خلال توجيههم وتوضيح ذلك لهم بشكل تحريري او شفوي.

    Purpose: To reveal the role of positive communication behavior in the psychological compatibility of employeesDesign / Methodology / Approach: The research used a number of methods including the descriptive and analytical method for the purpose of ascertaining that there is a relationship between the variables of the research and the preparation of a questionnaire form to obtain the information and the choice of hypotheses. The questionnaire was designed based on strict scientific standards and was analyzed using the statistical program (spss.v22) and the Research Complex in the Municipality Directorate of Dhi Qar Governorate.Results: The results showed that there is support and support and a large role of positive communication behavior in contributing to the change of psychological compatibility among the workers in the research sample.Scientific implications: To employ the results of the research in the adoption of the organization investigated (The three municipal departments in Al-Nasr, Rifa'i and Shatrah districts) to the dimensions of positive communication behavior, which contributes to enhance the psychological compatibility among workers at the level of sub-variables of this variable adopted.Originality / Value: Research shares in bridging the knowledge gap in the absence of an Arab or foreign study to the knowledge of the researcher dealt with the relationship between search variables in the model and one hypothesis to support and enhance the behavior of psychological compatibility of employees in the organization investigated.Key words : Positive Communicative Behavior , Psychological Compatibility , Municipality of Dhi Qar Governorate .

To achieve this, the research sample was chosen in the private schools in the Najaf governorate, where the sample was randomly composed of (237) teaching staff in the private schools, as the study was conducted to identify the correlation and impact relationships between mental alertness and organizational eloquence, and the results showed a positive correlation and impact and has statistical significance Among the subjects of the research sample and that mindfulness has an explanation of variance at a higher level of research with the dimensions of organizational rhetoric. The most important results are that the research sample has a mindfulness, as the workers in private schools work to increase the will and enhance awareness of self-observation, which enhances ideas, increases scientific and cognitive production and communicates with the external environment actively and vigorously in a way that enhances credibility and build distinct capabilities capable of maintaining effective communication with the target audience. And the most important recommendations focused on the need for senior management in the researched organizations to focus on building theoretical and practical developments to preserve the educational system, since organizational rhetoric is an expression of the image and reputation of the organization in the external environment.

    This research aims to clarify the extent to which continuous improvement contributes to the development of social capital, that is, through continuous improvement, it can keep pace with all the advances and developments that the world is witnessing, and social capital is a combination of knowledge and cooperative relations prevailing within the organization that help it achieve its goals. The research problem indicates that there is a clear deficiency in determining the importance of adopting continuous improvement in developing social capital by the members of the surveyed sample. The Administrative Technical College of Kufa was chosen as the field for research. A number of employees working in the college were selected as a sample for research, with (30) individuals. The questionnaire was adopted as a main tool for obtaining research data, which was prepared based on a number of ready-made measures that were previously subject to validity and reliability measures. In order to enter and analyze the research data, the ready-made statistical program (SPSS) was used. The results of the research, most of them confirm the existence of a correlation and influence between continuous improvement and the development of social capital, and accordingly, one of the most important recommendations is to emphasize the need to increase the interest of the researched organization in applying continuous improvement in its operations. The research adopted the questionnaire form as a main tool for collecting data and information, which included (27) items distributed among the research variables, by (15) items for the dimensions of sustainable leadership (coherent diversity, organizational justice, employee development, work-life balance, orientation towards progress). And (12) a paragraph on the dimensions of strategic leadership (bearing risks, seizing opportunities, creativity, entrepreneurial culture). The questionnaire form was distributed to a sample of employees of the Asia Cell Communications Company, Najaf branch, as (40) forms were distributed and (34) forms valid for statistical distribution were retrieved, so that the research sample was (34) employees. The research tested two main hypotheses. Through them, he reached a number of conclusions, most notably, there is a clear impact of the dimensions of sustainable leadership in achieving strategic leadership in the organization in question.

    يهدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة العلاقة والاثر بين القوى العاملة الرشيقة بأبعادها الثلاثة (قوى عاملة رشيقة استباقية، قوى عاملة رشيقة تكيفية، قوى عاملة رشيقة مرنة) والتميز المعرفي، إذ طبق البحث على عينة من العاملين في المصارف الاهلية في محافظة النجف الاشرف شملت (120) فرداً في (14) مصرف. وتم جمع البيانات بوساطة استبانة وقد تم تحليلها بواسطة برنامج (26.SSPS V) و(24.AMOS V). وقد توصل البحث الى نتائج تؤكد وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير ذات دلالة احصائية معنوية بين القوى العاملة الرشيقة والتميز المعرفي، وكذلك وجود إطار عمل يظهر أن القوى العاملة الرشيقة تمتلـك فـي الوقـت نفسـه قـدرات متعـددة ومترابطـة تستفيد منهـا المنظمات العاملة في بيئات غير مؤكدة للغاية، وان الاستنتاجات التي توصل اليها البحث تشير الى ان مناخ بيئة العمل الداخلية للمصارف والتزام القوى العاملة له تأثير الإيجابي على القوى العاملة، حيث يكون مدفوعاً بحقيقة أن القوى العاملة الرشيقة تعمل على تحسين دافعية الافراد في مكان العمل وقدرتهم على مواجهة التحديات والتهديدات الخارجية وتفضيل السلوكيات الموجهة نحـو التميز المعرفي، وان توصية البحث انه ينبغي على الإدارة العليا في المنظمات المبحوثة تبني فلسفة خاصة في مجال القوى العاملة الرشيقة من خلال البحث المستمر عن المعارف والمواهب التي تساهم في نجاح المنظمة وتميزها عن المنظمات الاعمال الأخرى.

    The study aims to reveal the relationship and influence between competitive intelligence through its sub-dimensions and the empowerment of human resources at the level of a sample of workers in Al-Hayat private Hospital, based on a main problem that was diagnosed by several questions that included the extent to which the relationship and the impact between variables are perceived in the field. In order to root the cognitive foundations, the study adopted a model (Strauss & Dutoit, 2010) to measure competitive intelligence, which consists of four dimensions: (planning, collection, analysis, communication) and a model (Blanchard et al., 1999) to measure human resource empowerment, which included four main dimensions (Freedom and independence, information sharing, work teams, organizational power). The questionnaire was adopted as a main tool in collecting data and information for the study, as well as some personal interviews with the sample members who were represented by a group of leaders and followers in Al-Hayat private Hospital. The study sample included (165) individuals, distributed among the departments and divisions of the organization in question (administrative division, accounts, medical laboratories nurses, pharmacists, doctors). For the purpose of statistical analysis and treatment, the study relied on testing the normal distribution of the study data and a set of descriptive statistical measures. Basic structural tests for the validity of the approved measures were used, such as testing the internal consistency methods, which include (combined reliability, Cronbach’s alpha, extracted mean test, confirmatory factor analysis). Measuring the influence relationship to estimate the impact factor and the coefficient of determination. These methods were used by statistical programs (SPSS V.24. Smart Pls). Through the study, several conclusions were reached, the most important of which was the interest of the workers in Al-Hayat private Hospital, the study sample, in competitive intelligence, which is one of the relatively recent concepts that expresses the added value adopted in the development of business organizations, strategic planning and market research, and works to deliver important information to the higher management about What competitors intend to do and enable them to take strategic decisions related to understanding the external environment, contribute to the development of organizational knowledge in the market, improve the quality of their services and products, and ensure improved performance and thus achieve competitive advantage by relying on human resources empowerment, which gives workers flexibility, adaptation and effective response in dealing with the work environment The internal affairs on the one hand and with customers on the other hand, without referring to the administration, since the approach to empowerment of the human resource helps in improving the quality of relations between employees and customers and makes the focus of the senior management focused on long-term strategic issues and not being preoccupied with daily routine matters.

    The current research aims to identify the level of interest of the research sample (Najaf ashraf Cement factory) with strategic consciousness and organizational sustainability, as well as to identify the role that strategic consciousness can contribute to achieving sustainability in the research factory. The questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting data and information, which included (31) items distributed on the variables of research, (16) paragraphs of the dimensions of strategic consciousness (Reflection, systemic thinking, learning orientation ,and Reframing), And (15) a section on organizational sustainability dimensions (economic sustainability, social sustainability and environmental sustainability). The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of workers in the Najaf Cement Factory, with the rank of (manager, assistant director, head of department, head of observers, observer, legal, accountant, engineer). As they are more knowledgeable and experienced in their field. (185) were distributed and retrieved (172) form, and excluded (7) form is not valid for statistical distribution to be a sample of the research (165) employees. The research tested two main hypotheses. The most important concluding of which was that the factory level of interest in strategic consciousness is less than its level of interest in organizational sustainability, as well as a significant impact on the dimensions of strategic consciousness combined with organizational sustainability, The research also concluded that the laboratory processes of system thinking are routine procedures that do not support sustainability in the laboratory. It is clear that organizational deviation is a violation of the laws, rules and regulations that govern the relationship of individuals to each other, or some of them in higher management, and thus adversely affect the organizational work environment as a whole. As well as testing the multi-impact relationship between the two variables of the study, as the research adopted in its theoretical framework the strategic conversation as an independent variable, while sustainable performance came as a dependent variable, using a stratified random sample. (201) questionnaires were distributed to a number of workers in Iraqi insurance company, the study sample, (190) questionnaires were retrieved, meaning that the response rate reached (95%), the study was based on two main hypotheses: First (there is no statistically significant correlation between the strategic conversation and sustainable performance). Second (there is no significant effect relationship Statistically between the strategic conversation and sustainable performance), and the most important conclusions: There is a significant correlation between the strategic conversation and sustainable performance, as the correlation value reached (.985) at the level of significance (0.01), this indicates the possibility of applying the requirements of strategic conversation in the researched company to achieve performance. The most important recommendations: The Company’s management should conduct and organize periodic meetings and seminars for employees to urge them to discussions that generate new opportunities and work methods to accomplish the tasks assigned to them.

These models were used specifically because they are compatible with the study sample and can be applied in the Iraqi environment. The researcher relied on the questionnaire as a main tool in collecting data and information for the research, as well as some personal interviews with the sample members who were represented by a number of department managers in the General Secretariat of the Great Kufa Mosque, as the research sample reached (125) individuals, and for the purpose of statistical analysis and treatment, the research used the method Analytical descriptive as a research method, these methods were used by statistical software (SPSS V.22).Through the research, several conclusions were reached, the most important of which was the keenness of the leaders in the researched organization to manage human resources to ensure their sustainability in accordance with its future directions and aspirations, and the need to adopt the principle of sustainability as a basic criterion in the functional work environment, which contributes greatly to preserving the human resource from leakage. Also, is it possible for an organization whose leadership is characterized by rational discussion to achieve sustainable performance?     From this research, we aim to reveal the relationship between supportive leadership through its following dimensions: (inspirational motivation, positive influence, ability to manage conflict) and job extortion through its dimensions (failure, inability to keep up with management aspirations, inability to face challenges, exploitation position, bribery, pressure). The research problem has been identified in several questions, and for this reason a hypothetical research model was formulated, and in order to verify the validity of the main hypothesis, it was subjected to multiple tests to ensure its validity. And where the research used the questionnaire as a means to obtain data, relying on the analytical descriptive approach as its approach, which consists of two measures: supportive leadership and job blackmail, and its description was to support and enhance these concepts and focus on workers in one of the most important public service organizations who have a role in dealing with customers directly.The research applied the random sample in selecting (110) employees in the Kufa Municipality Directorate, and data was collected from the main sources of information using the questionnaire form. The data was analyzed through a number of statistical methods using the computer program (SPSS v.23), and one of the most prominent conclusions reached by the research is that supportive leadership represents one of the most important methods that leadership must follow in a way that greatly affects the performance of the organization and building work teams In the researched organization, as it had a role in supporting cooperation and harmony in the Kufa Municipality Directorate, which contributed to creating a wonderful work environment in harmony with all employees, and then its reflection on reducing job extortion that workers in the organization might be exposed to.

    The Purpose:- The study aims to uncover the relationship and influence between strategic physiognomy through its dimensions (empowerment, inspiration, deep understanding) and the reputation of the organization through (creativity, social responsibility, service quality), through the interactive role of human resource management practices through (recruitment, employment, planning Human Resources, Development and Training).The of Methodology Study:- The study problem was identified in several questions centered around the nature of the role represented by the correlation and influence between the study variables, and for this, a hypothetical outline of the study was developed that expresses three main hypotheses, and in order to ensure the validity of the hypotheses, all of them underwent multiple tests to ensure their validity. The study used a questionnaire as a way to obtain data.The Approach of Study:- he study used the descriptive and analytical method as the method of the study. The study population identified (520) workers at Al-Kafeel Hospital in the Karbala Governorate. The study applied a random sample to select (175) employees and achieved the sample.A percentage (33%) of the total study population. The data were analyzed using a set of statistical methods (factor analysis, Kendall correlation factor, simple and multiple analysis factor, and Kruskal-Wills analysis) and the results were extracted using the computer program (pct v.23 SPSS).The of Conclusions Study:- The ability of Al-Kafeel Hospital employees at their various job levels has led to the promotion of strategic firadness, which represents a major factor in successful organizations across multiple professional specialties, and helps the organization's management to think dynamically and take a closer look at the wise issues that affect the daily management of the organization, and thus have a role in Achieving the organizational reputation that builds a positive image in the imagination of the stakeholders dealing with the organization, as it guarantees continuity and survival through the interactive role of human resource management practices represented by the interest of the top management in attracting workers with distinguished skills and experiences according to clear and solid plans as well as setting development and training programs.     The objective of this study is to investigate the connection between the sustainability of entrepreneurship and the use of its dimensions (systemic thinking efficiency, insightful thinking, normative efficiency, embracing diversity and multiple disciplines, personal efficiency, work efficiency, strategic management) and green innovation through its dimensions (green product innovation, Green Operations Innovation), the survey and analysis questionnaire have been approved for use in this fashion. After administering a questionnaire to all of the employees at Khairat Al-Bahr Business for Renewable Energy in Baghdad (n=44), and then analyzing the results and conducting hypothesis tests based on a variety of statistical indicators with the aid of statistical software (SPSS v.20), (Smart PLS v.3.3.2), we can say that the research sample is representative of the population. After confirming the correctness of the hypotheses, we drew some findings and made some suggestions based on the substantial positive correlation between the sustainability factors of entrepreneurship and green innovation. One of the most important conclusions reached by the research is the need for the organization in question to work on creating a sustainable work environment that supports strategic entrepreneurship byfocusing on creative business in the face of challenges and problems, and to set a strategic goal to maintain organizational processes and their quality to achieve green innovation according to a strategy based on creating products Competitive new services, processes, procedures and systems designed to use natural resources at the lowest level and to provide awork environment characterized by the provision and development of products and production processes based on sustainability .

    The primary aim of this study is to assess the level of interest shown by Kufa Cement Factory in organizational immersion of its workers and its impact on enhancing performance excellence. The study utilized a questionnaire as the primary instrument for gathering data and information. The questionnaire consisted of a total of 21items, covering various research variables. Within these items, 9 were related to the dimensions of organizational immersion (enthusiasm, dedication, comprehension), while 12 items were dedicated to the dimensions of Excellence performance (job satisfaction, level of creativity at work, level of productivity at work, efficiency, and effectiveness).The survey questionnaire was administered to a group of employees working at the Kufa Cement Factory, as (120)forms were distributed and (106) valid forms were retrieved for statistical distribution so that the research sample was(106) employees. The research tested two main hypotheses. Through them, he reached a number of conclusions, most notably, The dimensions of organizational immersion have a significant impact on enhancing Excellence performance within the researched organization.
