This study was conducted for the purpose of studying the polymorphism relationship of CYP19 exon8 gene and its effect on the concentration of hormonal hormone and pregnancy in local Awassi ewes. The highest and lowest concentration in the hormone (16.33and 9.38pg/ml) and the highest and lowest concentration in the pregnancy hormone (0.58 and 0.13 ng/ml) were isolated. CYP19 gene exon 8 of the 105 bp gene identification of genotypes depend on the neo-sequence. The distribution of CYP19 genotypes in local Awassi ewes specimens was 20, 30 and 50% for TT, TC and CC genotypes respectively. The hormone concentration in TT and TC genotypes (15.57 and 15.46) was more as compared to CC (14.23) while there was no significant difference between TT and TC genotypes. The current study revealed that the TC genotype of CYP19 gene was prevalent on the TT and CC genotypes of polymorphism of the CYP19 gene in Exon8

The research was conducted to investigate the effect of carnitine and ascorbic acid supplementation to the rations of pekin ducks on some productive and hematological traits. A total number of 180, 7 days old pekin duck chicks were distributed randomly on 4 equal treatments. Treatments were as follow: T1: control, T2: supplemented with 300 mg/kg carnitine T3: supplemented with 300 mg/kg ascorbic acid. T4: supplemented with a combination of 150 mg /kg carnitine plus 150 mg/kg ascorbic acid. Results illustrated amelioration of live body weights, weight gain, feed conversion ratio, increased PCV and total blood protein with reduction of blood cholesterol and glucose.

This experiment was conducted on common cage carp fishes bred in Euphrates River from 1st June to late October 2017. Corn residues were used to replace barley as diet for being cheaper provender. Fish average weight was 140 + 17.8g and fed with various provender types with variant corn percentages The fishes sample were divided, which were 1000, into four diet treatments with two replications for each. The first treatment was the control which contains 15% barley without corn residue, the second treatment was given a mix of 10% barley and 5% corn, the third treatments was given a mix of 5% barley and 10% corn residue, and the fourth one was given diet with 15% corn without barley. Fish weights and weight wired monthly measured by taking 260 randomly sample of fish gain as 20% of the sample was weighed randomly. Results showed that fish, which were fed with variant corn redid diet, gained significant weight (P<0.05) and that the fourth treatment with 15% corn residue diet gained higher weight than the other treatments, which was achieved by two cost diet.
