    Sundry circumstances influence on the photovoltaic (PV) performance, a ground albedo one of an important factor that effect on the PV panel work. This research study is to improving the output solar structures fixed on horizontal of the buildings of the even surface with adjustable roof albedo; this study incorporates integrating innovative PV and levelheaded surface techniques to boost the energy production of photovoltaic system. The modeling and simulation study were utilized as part of the system to examine the effectiveness of the solar structure installed on concrete horizontal even tiles structures with a roof albedo of 0.25, After that, white paint was applied to the concrete surface in front of the solar system to raise the albedo to 0.70. The important findings demonstrate that a rise in surface albedo from 0.25 to 0.7 will contribute to an increase in yearly solar PV power generation. The case study scenario in Al-Mussaib Technical College (L at 32° 46′ 59.99″ N, 44° 19′ 0.01 E), this paper will study the effects of two different materials top surface on the yield of PV module, for these studies, the PVSyst. program version 7.2 is utilized to analysis data from PV solar stand-alone systems.

  • عنوان البحث : An efficient of estimation the load profile analysis of photo voltaic system with different shading of local city

    In this paper, we analysis the last technology of photovoltaic (PV) system and the main effective factors of operation in unique efficiency and optimize performance. the first of all we take the general view of physical aspects of sun light and motion of earth with respect of sun position, and analysis of light spectrum and its effect for each regen from spectrum on PV. We illustrated the results of variation of irradiance from deferent sites and show size system for same energy demand. We start by analysis of load-by-load profile working and go through to specify the economic azimuth degree and altitude degree depend on load profile and final put some technical suggestions to minimize the effect of shading and benefit from using a new technology by face shield (half cut cell). These calculations are proposed to make available well originated and equivalent important information so as to allow PV strategies to change quicker obsessed by arenas of application with different shading of local cityin AL-Mausaib Babylon, Iraq. The ratios of shading conditions (10%, 25%, 50%, 75%) and without shading were used as effectiveness restrictions. The outcomes confirmation that the performance of PV system is extensively reduced and the system can’t control the batteries, if the shading close 75% or additional for single panel.

  • عنوان البحث : Analysis and simulations of optimal geometry shapes of the 4 and 9 nano hole arrays (NHAs) with surface plasmonics and optical properties of biosensors systems

    The possibility to limit and manipulate photons at nanometer scales attracted a lot of interest for exciting applications from subwavelength in laser, biosensors, biomedical and optoelectronics devices, the sensor optical properties, however; are complex due to two resonances through propagating and localized surface plasmons. The optical properties of surface plasmons (SPs) at the resonant wavelength is depending on the geometrical nanostructure of materials. In this article, we used different geometry of nanoholes array, 4 and 9 nanoholes array in a metallic film gold nanoparticle with different thickness (20,50,100) nm on SiO2 substrate with refractive index 1.46, we designed two different geometries; 4- holes: hole radius r1=200 nm, period p1=600 nm; and 9- holes: r2=100 nm, period p2=300 nm. Transmission and reflection spectrum have been calculated and simulated by FDTD Lumerical program. From results are observed the effect of thickness is interesting, transmission is increased at (t=20nm) for two arrays. Furthermore, the number of hole and its area has an influence on optical transmission and other parameters (E, H, Ref) which are characteristics of design of metallic nanostructure. We can see that there is a peak value of the wavelength at 519 nm approximately to 73% strong light transmission with 4-NHA in the other hand wavelength of 519 nm transmission is 45% with 9-NHA. strong light transmission is hopeful for many applications (biomedical devices, nanoantennas and laser optical fiber).

  • عنوان البحث : Discrimination between Healthy and Unhealthy Mole Lesions using Artificial Swarm Intelligence

    In recent years, occurrence rates of skin melanoma have shown a rapid increase, resulting in enhancements to death rates. Based on the difficulty and subjectivity of human clarification, computer examination of dermoscopy images has thus developed into a significant research field in this area. One the reasons for applying heuristic methods is that good solutions can be developed with only reasonable computational exertion. This paper thus presents an artificial swarm intelligence method with variations and suggestions. The proposed artificial bee colony (ABC) is a more suitable algorithm in comparison to other algorithms for detecting melanoma in the skin tumour lesions, being flexible, fast, and simple, and requiring fewer adjustments. These is characteristics are recognized assisting dermatologists to detect malignant melanoma (MM) at the lowest time and effort cost. Automatic classification of skin cancers by using segmenting the lesion's regions and selecting of the ABC technique for the values of the characteristic principles allows. Information to be fed into several well-known algorithms to obtain skin cancer categorization: in terms of whether the lesion is suspicious, malignant, benign (healthy and unhealthy nevi). This segmentation approach can further be utilized to develop handling and preventive approaches, thus decreasing the danger of skin cancer lesions. One of the most significant stages in dermoscopy image examination is the segmentation of the melanoma. Here, various PH2 dataset image were utilized along with their masks to estimate the accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of various segmentation techniques. The results show that a modified automatic based on ABC images have the highest accuracy and specificity compares with the other algorithms. The results show that a modified automatic based on ABC images displayed the highest accuracy and specificity in such testing.

    In the last years, the interconnection of everyday instruments with internet using internet of thinks (IOT), is widely used as a monitoring and controlling in engineering as in smart cities, environmental, others. In this paper, a remote monitoring system of a pressure regulator is developed through an internet of thinks (IOT) communication tool, using MATLAB® programming platforms. The development of monitoring system for acquisition and communication corresponds to the NodeMCU as a microcontroller with ESP8266 for Wi-Fi connected. This system allows to monitor the reference of the pressure regulator and monitor the information of the transducers machine of the plant. Among the advantages of this type of development is that the server is free, and the development system is low cost, also with this type of projects can strengthen the infrastructure of laboratory equipment in engineering to be controlling in a way remote.

    The photovoltaic system tilt angle is one of the more significant factors for obtaining the maximum solar energy that will fall on the PV panel. Consequently, then obtain maximum power output, the solar array needs to be angled properly. The analysis for a stand-alone system is simulated and modelled using PVsyst software version-7.2 for system power 3,120 Wp to obtain the optimum value of the tilt angles of maximum solar irradiation in the center of Babylon Governorate, Iraq. The ideal tilt angle for the south has been found for both yearly and the seasons. Different tilt angles were taken which were (29°, 30°, and 31°) annually, azimuth angle for all is (0°). The incident global irradiation in the collector plane, Incident beam irradiation in the collector plane is maximum at tilt angle (29°) that produces maximum available energy 5,132 kWh/kWp/year. same processing for annual different tilt angle was taken for seasonally; the results show that the angle (49°) for summer and (13°) for winter are the optimum tilt angle which obtains the maximum incident global irradiation in the collector plane, maximum incident beam irradiation in the collector plane at this angle then product maximum available energy 5,343 kWh/kWp/year.

    The green laser can enter the underwater, which creates it probable to portion the depth of low water reservoirs, rivers, and sea waters. This work presents the theoretical beginning for the finding the maximum depth beam of a green laser and against the experience of other approaches of determining the lowest of water reservoirs, the machinery. Conditional upon the type of ocean water, a blue-green laser designated, the maximum challenging uses of blue-green lasers appears of space-depend on lasers that would transmit communication signals to underwater platforms. Lasers for this application should have O\P energy, for the reason that the lasers will be placed in the underwater system. A blue-green laser-constructed non-contact ranging performance is achieved on an assembled the modern underwater applications to search the coefficients influencing the capacity to modernize the dimensions and, penetration depth of water. The scheme has been estimated in an underwater laboratory and at different open-water locations. Such a computer-integrated methodology to underwater programing has applications in parts such as macro-and micro-navigation. The technique of underwater system using a blue-green laser for identifying penetration depth with refractive guide of water is not dangerous, effective, and inexpensive. For future work, we proposal to design the planned and evaluation of performance blended with a hybrid laser system &illuminated the recommended for a new application in solar cell energy detecting and data calculation.

  • عنوان البحث : Analysing and evaluation the transposition factor to harvesting maximum power output for different orientation position of PV system in Diwaniyah governorate/Iraq

    Optimisation of photovoltaic (PV) system output power is highly dependent on the transposition factor (TF). It indicates the increase or decrease in output power caused by the tilt of the collector plane. The focus of this study is to compare the impact of (TF) for five cases of orientations with field type (fixed titled plane, seasonal tilt adjustment, one axis tracking, two axis tracking frame N-S and two axis tracking frame E-W) in producing the output power on location in Diwaniyah Governorate/Iraq by using Perez model in simulation by PVSYST software to a standalone system with system power of 2360 KWp. The results shown depend on the highest (TF) which is the optimum tilt angle for a fixed tilted plane (30o) and seasonal tilt adjustments (12o, 50o) for summer and winter, respectively. In addition, the two-axis tracking frame E-W is preferable to the two axis tracking frame N-S.
