Therefore, the experiment included (16) treatments, three replicates, and three seedlings per refined, for a total of 144 seedlings per experiment. The seedlings were sprayed three times for the spring and autumn dates. Untreated seedlings (control) were sprayed with distilled water only. The experiment was performed according to Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two factors (4 × 4), the results were analyzed using the ANOVA table of variance analysis according to the Excel program. Statistical differences between the treatments were tested using the least significant difference (L.S.D) at the 5% probability level. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: (1) The combined treatment with Mycorrhiza and Azotobacter resulted in a significant increase in the vegetative traits, which include plant height, stem diameter (vegetative), as well as an increase in the root and represented traits (number of roots, length of the main root, dry weight of the root system) and chemical characteristics (leaf content of chlorophyll). (2) The reason for spraying with nano fertilizer 3 g.L-1 significant increase in the vegetative and root traits and the leaf content of chlorophyll). ملخص البحث :

Abstract: The study was conductedto identify the physiological effect of spraying with Brassinolide and addition methods of active dry yeast on growth parameters and the chemical content of the grape seedlings (Summer Royal CV).The factor is spraying with Brassinolide with three -1 levels (0,4,8 gml ), while the sub factor include four methods of spraying with dry yeast extracts is (spraying with water only, spraying on leaves, soil, leaves and soil). The spraying with Brassinolide showed a significant influence on all characters studied( seedling length, stem diameter, leaves number, leaf area, chlorophyll content in leaves, dry weight of shoot and root system and nutrient concentration(NPK) in -1 leaves. The 8 gm l gave a significant increase in all studied characters as compared to the control. However, the addition of dry yeast extract -1 showed a significant influence on all characters spraying on leave and soil gave a significant increase. ملخص البحث :

This study was conducted during the season 2017-2018 on grapes vines French cultivar in one of the private Special grape orchards in the Alsiyahiu area of Babylon province. The vines were cultivated with wire cabin and 8-year-olds. The aim of this study to know the effect of fertilization with Growmore fertilizer (0, 10, 20 g.L-1 vine) and sheep manure (0, 5, 10 kg.L-1 vine). The aim of this study to know the effect of fertilization with Growmore fertilizer (0, 10, 20 g.L-1 vine) and sheep manure (0, 5, 10 kg.L-1 vine) on some yield traits and the leaves content of chlorophyll and some mineral elements. The factorial experiment was conducted according to the Randomized Complete Block Design (R.C.B.D) with three replicates. The results showed that fertilizer with sheep manure 10 kg. vine-1 excelled on the rest of the treatments in the average of the number of clusters, cluster weight, grain weight, T.S.S, leaves content of chlorophyll and some mineral elements (nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium), compared to the control treatment which gave the lowest average for these traits. As for the treatment of spraying with Growmore fertilizer, the concentration (10 g.L-1 vine) gave the highest average of these traits compared to the control treatment. As for the interaction treatment between sheep manure at an average of (10 kg.L-1 vine) and Growmore fertilizer at a concentration (10 g.L-1 vine). It had a significant effect on the rest of the treatments in the average number of clusters, cluster weight, grain weight, TSS, leaves content of chlorophyll and some mineral elements (nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium) compared to the control treatment. It led to obtaining the highest values in the quality and quantity of the yield and improving the other traits of the studied French cultivar
